Reinstall your Window XP with out loosing Data
Here's a simple and easy thing that will come in handy in the future
Usually, during the reinstallation of Windows XP, all data from your PC will be erased.
Following this tip you'll be able to reinstall your OS without losing your data, your personal documents, settings, paramaters and installed programs. Xp and the DOS commandprompt gives us the chance to save everything.
The OS will simply reinstall the essential files needed for the functioning of the system, while the rest remains intact!
[HIDE]Before you begin, you must insert the CD/DVD of your Windows XP in your drive.
Then go to Start> Run and type cmd
In the DOS window you must type "X:i386winnt32/unattend" (change the letter X for the drive your currently using your OS CD/DVD) and just let your machine do the rest
Now you have a way to reinstall everything without losing anything
NOTE: This has only been tested in windows XP so please don't try it with any other OS!
